Groundcover/low bushes?

    Any idea what these are? They are 3 different plants. I've never seen any of them with a flower, (in 3 seasons) but that happens a lot around here because of the shade I guess. So I'm not sure positive if they should have a flower or not.

    #1 - I see a lot of it but don't know the name...checking.
    #2 - Euonymus fortunei
    #3 - Rhus aromatica
