Flowering plant in the Borders of Scotland

    This plant grows freely in the Scottish Borders. Currently in flower.
    Any ID would be welcome.

    I realise I have actually come across it in English domestic gardens and it does outgrow other small plants and is difficult to pull out and I imagine difficult to eradicate as produces many small bublets.
