Flower that looks like closed clam lips

    I just bought a flowering plant. The flower looks like closed clam lips (wavey). The color of the lips are a variegated neon pink, orange and yellow. The sides are fuzzy. The plant leaves are green and fairly big and come to a point.
    Can someone please identify this plant for me and how to care for it.
    This flower reminds me of the Giant Clams in the South Pacific and they are neon in color.
    I live in Bend, Oregon.

    it's celosia argentea cristata. also called cockscomb.
