This plant kills me. I've seen it at Tofino in two locations as well as Botanical beach. I have always found it just above the highest tide line in the worst sort of habitat. The attached flowering image is from May 20th a few years ago. The larger picture is from last weekend - the plant has yet to flower. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! John
