    Taken at community farm in Terra Nova.
    Don't know if these are native or cultivated.
    Size is a bit bigger than a quarter coin.

    Semiaquilegia, no wonder it looks quite like Columbine.

    Semiaquilegia is new to me, but it is a genus very similar to Aquilegia that does not have spurs on the back of the flowers. 'Nora Barlow' is described as a double cultivar of Aquilegia vulgaris that does not have spurs. It has been grown for more than 200 years. I find in my searches, that Aquilegia coerulea is also sometime spur-less.
