After looking at this picture awhile it dawned on me this puppy looks like a young black mustard. I apologize now for having a poor picture but it's the only one I captured clear enough to see. Capture was May 21 2020. Found on "the back road" from Pass Lake on Hwy20 to Anacortes. So am I close to the mark?
