   My whilte flowering Dogwood needs help. Each year it gets fewer flowers and the dead shoots off the main branches multiply. I have just noticed large powdery black spots (about 1" ) on the tree bark and the bark is starting to separate and peel from the trunk. How can I help my Dogwoods?
