Cuban flower

    A friend of mine recently went to Cuba and took a picture of this flower from a local botanical garden. Does any one recognize it? Thanks in advance.

    Looks like a Wild Iris, either Dietes grandiflora or Dietes iridioides or something in-between.

    Or D. "Nola Alba", a hybrid of D. iridioides x D. bicolor

    Thanks, David in LA. I wish I'd been there and had been able to take more pictures, particularly of foliage - but one does what one can, when someone else took the photo.
