Yes, I agree with Margot, and you are welcome to post plants for which you know the name - you can find an appropriate thread in the How's It Growing? forum, or start your own.
Thanks a lot. But that's not planted by me. That belong to the community farm. And this batch of photos were shot in a hurry, and I didn't have a macro lens at hand !
Well, that's no excuse at all. The Appreciation: - Out and About thread is for posting plants you come across that were someone else's plantings; Take a walk on the wild side..... would be for plants you come across in the wild. In both cases, you can reply to the thread. And if you know you're photographing something native to the Pac NW, you can post that for appreciation in the Pacific Northwest Native Plants forum, in a new thread. You are welcome to wow us without a macro lens.
In UK it is sometimes planted as a green manure crop on farms I first saw it growing in a garden and fell in love with it. To see a whole field of it is just a joy .
