In The Garden: Colombian plant identification

    The attached photo was taken in Los Katios National Park in northwestern Colombia. Any help in identification would be appreciated.

    Do those leaves belong to the flowers? The flowers look like Aechmea ramosa, but the leaves are wrong for that.
