Can someone identify this?

    I found this sticking out of a garbage can outside of a Safeway store, and took it home to try rooting. It is not Forsythia. Any guesses?

    Also remember that if that's the Burning Bush Euonymus and that's what it looks like to me, it can grow to 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide!

    Thanks, Goblin! I will definitely keep it in check, since I only have an apartment balcony. Chances are, it may not even root.
