I took these photos on May 30, 2024. I was able to convince myself that I had the right labels based on what I learned in the posting at Flowers in Park | UBC Botanical Garden Forums (thanks to @David Tang for starting that posting five years ago). Camassia leichtlinii subsp. suksdorfii On this species, the tepals twist together to cover the ovary after flowering. Here are white flowers, Camassia leichtlinii subsp. leichtlinii Camassia quamash subsp. maxima The tepals here are withering separately (these are new flowers, but there are a few that are somewhat withered). The article linked to in the thread to which I linked mentioned an irregular lower tepal curved outwards. Maybe I can imagine I'm seeing that. Camassia cusickii @Ron B noted that this species has 10 or more large leaves per bulb. Also the flowers are a distinctively light blue.
