Attached is a photo of a young tree currently growing strong in my yard garden. It has grown quite a bit this season, and I would like to know what it is before it overtakes my growing space. The photo contains 3 views of the same tree. Thank you in advance for your help. I'm new to this but am trying to learn more everyday.

Looks kinda similar to Sapindus mukorossi (Soap Nut Tree), but I haven't noticed any blooms since Nov. 2012. Tree too young for the nuts?

I've read they can take up to 10 years to fruit.
