bush with white flower clusters

    We saw this bush in late May in southern Ohio and could not figure out what it is. Any ideas?

    I hope not! This area has enough problems with invasive plants -- you can see some honeysuckle in the photo I posted (they are EVERYWHERE around here).

    We went back and took another look. I also found this site: Plant A Day – Border Privet

    It is definitely privet. That is a BUMMER. We will contact the people who manage the property and let them know. Hopefully they take it as seriously as they take honeysuckle.
