These wildflowers were photographed on June 26, 2015 in West Bloomfield, in Oakland County, Michigan.

Can you please help me identify them?

    Thank you.

    Look like a Hypericum.

Can you help narrow it down? Is this possibly Hypericum ascyron?

it was pretty tall -- perhaps a little more than a meter high.

My other thought was Hypericum perforatum because of the coloring of the flower.

That said, I don't really know much about this so I appreciate your help.

    Thank you.
