Big Aloe Vera tree plant?

    OK, so more than likely this is not a really big Aloe Vera plant that looks like a tree. But then again I do not know anything about plants and trees.

    I found this in a neighborhood where I live and no one seems to know what kind of tree this is. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
