    First two are cherries of some sort, possibly Pin Cherry

    Not sure about third

    Fourth is a Viburnum

    I thought that saltcedar as there are bittersweets in the area but this seems to be growing from a tree, as in attached to to the branch. The tree is the right behind a crab apple tree of approximately the same height.

    Looks like a vine clambering over tree branches to me.
