Aster?

    Does anybody recognize this? Is it an aster? The buds don't look like it. Thanks.

    Definitely not aster, rather mugwort.

    I don't think it's mugwort. If you take a close look at the photo, it has flower buds that are nothing like any mugwort I've ever come across.
