This orchid was in secondary transitional low-altitude cloud forest on the floor of an extinct volcanic crater. It was about 30 cm tall, with lanceolate simple foliage that had no distinct venation. Flowers were perhaps 3 cm long at the widest measurement. Habit was terrestreal.

Does anybody know what it is?
