Can someone please help me? Are these weeds? the first one is in a really wierd spot and I dont think that it was planted on purpose, though I have no clue. I dug up the second one last year and thought that it was gone but it came back with a vengeance. Sorry for the pic that is out of focus. Thaks for your help and patience.
