    Those are basil plants, if I'm not terribly mistaken.

    So whether they're weeds or not is entirely dependant on your attitude towards Basil.

    Could be mint, looking at the photo. Have you rubbed the leaves and smelled it? You'd know if it's mint right away.

    Thanks. I will check on the leaves to see if its mint. I also think its Basil. That would be great if it was.
