Apocynaceae ID

Small tree 100o meters n N. Colombia could this be a Tabernaemontana?

 

The flowers and fruits look like Tabernaemontana.
It looks sort of like this one, though the leaves are not too convincing:

The page that came up that contains this photo is not particularly useful.

 

Thanks but it is not divaricata which I had in my garden. but Tabernamemontana is close enough

 

You're probably more familiar with them than I am. I've only seen two species, and one of those was species unknown.
