    Hi all,
I've always been puzzled by umbrella acacias in African landscapes, roughly resembling umbrella pines common in central Italy. I've scanned a few pictures from The Living World of Animals and from Risdale, White, Usher Trees; since they're copyrighted, I have watermarked them with ©.
I've found a bunch of species that might match these trees: among them A. tortilis, A. xanthophloea, A. karroo. Could you help me identify them?
    Thanks in advance.
