Thansk Lorax but it is not Solanum jasminum which is a vine and has smaller leaves and a different fragrance.
Can you describe the fragrance? Southern Colombia and Northern Ecuador are species divesity areas for Solanum, and if I had a few more clues I might be able to narrow it down.
The smell was fairly strong with your nose close to the flowers stronger than Solanum jasminum. To me it had a citric smell but not necessarily a pleasant smell. This plant was photographed in Bogota.
Solanum wrightii, then, is a closer match, but I'm still not happy with it - your photos show entire leaves, and S. wrightii is rugose. I wish, I wish my ID books weren't packed....
