Hey guys, I bought this plant as seeds and they were suppose to be southern giant mustard, but it turned out to be something else, I contacted the seller and we went back and forth until he refunded me, now I have a plant that I'm not sure what it really is, some people said it could be cauliflower or collards, I searched the center of the plant because that's where the head is suppose to grow but nothing, instead there's small leaves in the center, also I'm not sure if it's collards because I recently made a post about ANOTHER plant which turned out to be collards, that plant looks a bit different from this one, maybe they're both collards but from different varieties, one thing that I would like to point out is that if you look at the leaf picture you'll notice that the petiole is way thicker than that of a collard leaf, the forth picture will prove that, I'll be comparing this plant leaf with a collard leaf which is the third picture.
The broader individual leaves are quite like those of a cabbage, which is a Brassica oleracea derivative - look at photos of garden forms of that species.
