Please help identify this unusal plant

    This plant is growing in my pasture. It is less than a foot tall and it looks like the blooms (?) form right on the end of the leaf. The leaves are shiney, almost waxy looking. Thanks for any help.

    Those are leaf galls, not flowers.

    Thanks for the information. I am kind of disappointed that it is a leaf gall instead of some unique new plant. ; )
