i found this seedling growing in one of my houseplant pots. It has a two inch stem ad two fat, round leaves. About a year ago i planted a peach pit in the pot. Could this be it?

Those probably aren't the leaves but rather cotyledons (seed leaves). If a peach characteristic slender, sawtoothed leaves will appear next.

Peach germination is hypogeal (the cotyledons stay inside the stone shell and don't turn green) - so, this isn't a peach. Sorry!
