This vine with tiny purple flowers is growing profusely in my yard in NE Florida. Thank you for any help with ID.
Desmodium incanum. Your neighbors will likely call it hitch hiker. If they are in your lawn, you'll understand why. Hard to eradicate.
Oh, no. I know exactly what hitch hikers are. I just never realized this is the culprit. I usually keep the yard mowed, which helps control them, but we have had so much rain my yard has gone wild waiting for things to dry out. Thanks for the ID.
