Hm... not easy without close up pictures... :(

    1st:
    - Acer palmatum cv. ?
    - Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Nana Gracilis' ?
    - 3 Armeria maritima ?
    - Talinum paniculatum ?

    2nd:
    - Nymphaea caerulea ?

    1st -
Acer palmatum may be dissectum (I would need to see a close up of the leaf to see if it is a cutleaf). There are other Acer palmatums in the background.
Also some Pines (Pinus) - at least three varieties are in the background.
I agree with Chaemacyparis obtusa 'Nana Gracilis' (little green globe in lower left quadrant)
    Juniperus (possibly Horizontalis)

2nd - there is another Acer palmatum - possibly an Acer palmatum dissectum atropurpureum (I would need to see a close up of the leaf to see if it is dissectum).
Shrub on the far right may be an Azalea
Weeping tree in the background could be a birch (Betula)
There is a fern in the right foreground, possibly Polystichum Munitum

However, in order to accurately identify these shrubs, trees and ground cover you will need to take additional photos - with close ups! Good luck,
