We purchased this pink dogwood last spring/summer. It is planted in a site that gets half a day of sun (afternoon) and gets watered regularly.
This past winter was quite harsh and there was some branches that did not grow new leaves. I assumed that it was just winter kill and cut out any dead branches. Subsequently, a couple more branches have died off. The leaves and flowers start to wilt and then dry up. Not sure what is going on with this tree, but I would love to save it, if it possible?
    Any information would be great.

This cultivar is susceptible to dogwood leaf spot and twig blight, the same syndrome that affects Pacific dogwood and flowering dogwood.
