Can anyone help me identifying this plant

    Hey guys, I need help in identifying this plant. It's located in Selangor, Malaysia at Bukit Cerakah to be exact. But I can't seem to find the name of this plant. I really need help from you guys! I've attached images of the plant.

    Pretty small to be able to tell what it is, especially in the tropics.

    Liana is a term used to indicate a plant is a woody vine and is not used (generally, at least) to refer to any particular species.
