Hey all, I have another tree I can't seem to identify using dichotomous keys, help would be much appreciated. The tree itself isn't extremely large, and I'm not sure it's native to my area (BC, Canada) as it is planted as an ornamental tree. The leaves are broad, and all that are on the tree are still green. Some have died/fallen. The bark is lighter brown.

    Thanks again
