I have a yucca plant I got from a neighbor I just love it when it blooms it's so pretty,right now it has little black bugs on it and two stalks it's not bloomed yet.in the past after it blooms I have cut the stalk off,but when I do that it doesn't bloom the next year. Is there a reason for that?
