    Hi,
I am new to this platform and plants so excuse my naivity.
I have purchased a yucca elephantipes over 6 months ago and have month by month seen the leaves being less perky and becomong yellow. Three weeks back I cut all the yellow leaves off and left the others which were still looking fresh. However the health leaves are slowly becoming yellow as well. I water it roughly once a month and have kept it in the corner of my room since I purchased it as I heard it doesnt need direct sunlight. Considering I live in UK and i purchased it in November, we are only now beginning to experience nice weather/ more sunlight.
In regards to drainage, I purchased this from Ikea and have assumed that it already had a good drainage system in place.
Any help (as I'm new to having a plant) would be much appreciated.
    Thanks!

It probably needs more light; it appears to be rather dark in the corner. I suggest moving it to a location with bright light, direct or indirect. Allow the soil to dry somewhat before watering.
