    My apologies, the last few weeks have been extremely hectic. To be specific, the plant is Edgeworthia chrysantha. This plant is located(actually there are several plants) in front of an office building in a raised planter at the NW corner of Cambie St and 10th ave in Vancouver. The plants are really thriving there and I was impressed to see something truly unusual in a commercial landscape. Joe
