I have this plant I just purchased. It's in a North West facing (very large) window. Anyone know why some leaves are yellowing? Normal behavior or is there something I'm doing wrong (too much/little water, light, drafty, etc)?

Normal senescence. It may or may not shed several a year. If you want to keep the nice variegation, it would help to have additional light. Having had many over the years, some turned completely green if they were shaded enough.
