This is my first post here. I recently bought a new camera and have been taking many pictures. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. The other day I discovered this strange yellow fungus growing out of the ground in my backyard where it's well sheltered and shaded by many large trees. I don't recall ever seeing this yellow stuff before so now I'm wondering what it is. It also appears to have been chewed on by insects I guess... what would chew on this stuff? Any information will be greatly appreciated. :)
