Found in the gardens of a house I'm landscaping. The lady grows mostly natives, and said that she had both maianthemum stellatum and maianthemum racemosum at one time many years ago. She thinks this one is M. canadense.
I've seen the M. stellatum, but haven't seen the M. racemosum in her garden. Is this the racemosum, or is it possible they hybridized, the old racemosum died, and this is the hybrid that is left? Or is it in fact, M. canadense, as she guesses?

It doesn't look like the M. canadense pictured on the eflora site. The other species are listed here. also.
