    Hello
I'm wondering why the leaves are so small this year on this Taxodium. It was planted two years ago and the leaves don't seem to be leafing out fully.
    Any help is appreciated!

It is putting all its energy into re-establishing a new root system after the losses incurred in being moved - for the moment, that is more important than growing lots of leaves. The leaves should return to normal size next year or the year after.
