I've had it about 5 years. The first year it had a disease. The second year I moved it. The last couple of years - it looks healthy, it gets tons of buds, but no flowers.
The only thing I noticed was a lot of ants on the buds, but I did not think ants caused any harm.
It is in full sun. And I amend the soil with compost.

I do not remember the name of the variety - something to do with blueberry I think.
I live in Zone 6 if that matters, and everything else in my garden thrives. To my knowledge I have no disease or insect problem.

    thanks for any ideas,
    ellen

Moving it won't have helped! It may need another year or two to settle in and build up enough strength to flower.

Maybe it's V. dilatatum 'Blue Muffin'.

Maybe it needs a pollinator. Sounds like perfect conditions you have.
