Does anyone know what this white powder is that appeared on my organic soil in our garden bed over night? Is it good or bas? Should I do something with it?

Maybe pollen? Was it raining in the night?

No rain. It is all over the soil in one bed and not the other.

It could be a slime mold, but it's hard to tell without a closeup.

Agree with @vitog - a closer shot would be helpful to see if this is a slime mold or a fungal mold

When I scooped off the top later of soil it was on it was powdery and floated through the air so it is more powder than liquid/wet. I have taken another picture of it.

I often used to find a white fungal film like that on my soil though not for the past few years. It didn't ever seem to do any harm.
