    I have some primulas and I was wondering when and how i should separate them this spring ? I would also like to know when I should plant my dahlia bulbs ? Any advice would be greatly apprieciated. thank you

    Pull apart primroses after they flower. Dahlias can be planted in April in USDA 8.
