I recently purchased a money tree and it has these sweet/gel/sticky droplets, any ideas of what these are? Plant looks healthy with new leaves.

I see one page that says it's just excess water, see Money Tree Sap - Ask an Expert. I see a lot of pages with a lot of conjecturing about guttation, which that kind of process is called, in which case, since several people report that their healthy pachira does that, it might not even be an indication of too much watering. Here is a thread from 12 years ago: Sap from Pachira leaves.

Welcome to the forum. There may not be a problem. In the absence of a pest such as scale, what you're seeing could be from guttation: Guttation - Wikipedia.
