My boyfriend and I have three plums trees that have just kind of stopped growing. Their leaves started to open, but have halted for some reason. A few of the leaves have opened, but not many at all. Can anyone give us an idea as to what is happening to them?

No, there is very little, if any, change on the way the trees look. There are a couple other large trees, in the same vicinity, that have a few limbs that don't have any leaves on the very ends of the branches. The rest of the trees and plants in the yard look fine and have been opened since the middle of April.
