Identification: What's wrong with my palm trees

    [/ATTACH]My palm tree has been growing some sort of brown stuff on it and I can't figure out what it is. Can someone tell me what it is or how to prevent it?

    The whitish fluffy bits are flowers, is this what you are asking about?

    Yes. This is the only tree out of my 3 that this grew on. Is there a way to rid of these "flowers"

    I have them near my pool and it becomes a hassle to clean when this stuff is constantly being blown into the pool. How can I get rid of this
