Last year my kiwi tree had a terrible mite infectation. I cleared it up using a vegetable-based soap. This spring, as soon as I saw the plant coming back to life after the winter I started "preventative" spraying with the diluted soap and the leaves were coming in nicely. Now, however, I notice that some clumps of leaves are dying before they even fully open. Please see attached photos. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with my kiwi tree now?
