My Red Dragon Japanese Maple is still really young. We planted in the beginning of June and noticed white spots on its leaves a couple of days ago. I don't know what's happening to it. Should I use a pesticide? I live in Nashville, TN. Please help!! I've attached a photo of the leaf.
