Identification: What type of cactus is this?

    Does anyone know what type of cactus this is. A family member died and I was given it and would like to learn more about it. It's about 5 feet tall.

    Looks like a Euphorbia. (Not a cactus.)

    I looked up Euphorbia and that really looks like what I have. Thank you very much. I have another cactus I was hoping to get info on maybe you could help me with identifying what type it is also.
