Identification: What SUCCULENT PLANT is this?

    I got it as a gift 2days ago and i can't help but think that it's in a bad shape...that the red parts of the leaves mean she's dieing..and i don't even know what plant it is. on the pot was written that it's a 'sukkulent' so i assume it's a succulent plant?

    If you can tell me the name of this and maybe some tips on growing it i'd me more than thankful !!

    The red-brown edges to the leaves are normal for Kalanchoe tomentosa- dont worry the plant looks very healthy to me.
