    I have some questions since, obviously, there are many species that appear similar. From your previous posts, you appear knowledgeable in these matters, so I am assuming you have already done some research. Any further information would be helpful.

    1. You said this is a small plant. Does it appear to be a mature or immature plant? If it is mature, what are the approximate measurements?

    2. Is there an above or below ground caudex?

    On a personal note, I love the blue color.

    Don't you mean which species of Euphorbia?

    Its Euphorbia greenwayi, a very distinctive species not mistakable for any other.
